SYSTEM RETROFITS
Samsa Mechanical Service also offers system retrofits. Typically this is accomplished by using the existing system heat exchangers and upgrading the compressor with a Handbell Screw compressor and/or upgrading control system with Magnum microprocessor controls.
These retrofits are perfect for situations where the customer is looking to improve a systems energy effeciency and operation. These retrofits often cost less than half of what complete equipment replacement would cost and usaully are accompanied by a three year compressor warranty.

Dunham-Bush PCX-150 Retrofit (17)
Replaced horizontal open drive screw compressor with Handbell compressor and Microprocessor controls. Resulted in $14,000 annual energy savings.
